“On my last May 1st before the general election,” affirmed Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth in his speech at St-Pierre during the regional committee of the MSM in the No 8 constituency (Quartier Militaire/Moka) on Thursday, April 4.

In front of a crowd of supporters, he called for mobilization for the upcoming May 1st meeting. He did not hesitate to warn his supporters, saying, “because elsewhere there is a team that is gangrenous and linked to the drug mafia, they are immersed in immorality.”

Referring to the recent increase in pensions, he declared, “a promise made, a sacred promise.” He added, “I don’t come to deceive people, because we have a work plan.”

During his speech, Pravind Jugnauth criticized the former Prime Minister, Navin Ramgoolam, and the opposition.

“The opposition, what they did, they went to challenge the increase in pension in the supreme court. Look at what Navin Ramgoolam and the opposition have done,” he exclaimed.

In his address, Pravind Jugnauth highlighted the importance of unity within the country. He stressed the need for solidarity and cooperation among all citizens to ensure progress and development.

The Prime Minister emphasized the government’s commitment to transparency and accountability, stating that they have a clear plan of action to address the nation’s challenges and improve the lives of the people.
