Ken Arian is no longer part of the board of directors of Air Mauritius. This information was confirmed by the board president, Marday Venketasamy, on Tuesday, February 5th.

Thus, the CEO of Airports Holding Ltd and former Senior Advisor of the PMO is leaving the MK board. He has been a member since June 2022. We tried to reach him by phone, but in vain.

For now, there is still uncertainty surrounding this resignation. The reasons are still unknown.

It is worth noting that in a shocking turn of events, the board of directors of Air Mauritius announced on Friday the termination of the contract of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Kresimir Kucko, as part of a mutual compromise agreement. This decision, effective since the end of February, raises persistent questions about the lack of transparency of the national airline company.
