The medical-educational center Les Orchidées Blanches will celebrate with great pomp its 50 years of action in favor of people with disabilities. The funding for its activities, in the context of this jubilee, is pouring in. Recently, it signed a partnership agreement with the Sodiat Foundation. This Foundation handed over a check worth 17 million ariary to the NGO. “Our foundation’s program coincides with the values of Les Orchidées Blanches. That is why we have decided to support you in your actions. May this partnership bring us closer together,” said Haingo Ravatomanga, a member of the Sodiat Foundation’s board of directors. This was during the signing of the agreement held on February 21, in Androhibe. Several programs are planned as part of this event, celebrated from February 2 until December 20 of this year. An information day on intellectual disabilities by center Les Orchidées Blanches will be open to the general public on February 28 at the FJKM Ambohitrarahaba temple. Furthermore, there will be an associative solidarity day on March 2, during which a gathering of members is planned. Students will be invited to the two information days on intellectual disabilities, scheduled for March 19 and 21. And of course, the traditional “brioche and chocolate operation” will take place on May 23, 24, and 25.
