A deposit order at the Tsiafahy force house was issued against Johnny William Andrianambinintsoa or Da-Willy, accused of rape and attempted murder.
In jail. Johnny William Andrianambinintsoa, known as Da-Willy, was locked up at the Tsiafahy force house yesterday. He quickly earned himself an infernal reputation after raping a 6-year-old child in Imerimandroso-Imerintsiatosika.
He confessed, according to the Republic’s prosecutor Narindra Navalona Rakotoniaina, who held a press conference in her office in Anosy. Two charges led him to prison after being examined by the investigating judge. The first corresponds to attempted murder, a crime provided for by articles 2, 295, and 304 of the penal code and punishable by forced labor for life.
The other is related to the rape of a child under 10 years old. It is a crime described by the new provisions inserted in the same code, which amend and supplement article 332. It is also punishable by forced labor for life, in addition to surgical castration. The public prosecutor requested the pre-trial detention of the alleged offender. This was indeed the decision made by the judge handling the case.
Traces
The evidence is sufficient to pin down Da-Willy. The doctor’s conclusions, author of the medical certificate, revealed that the intimate part of the little girl was terribly damaged.
Given her condition, the child had to undergo surgery at the Joseph Ravoahangy Andrianavalona University Hospital.
The doctor also attested that bruises were found on the head of the little victim. Her lips bear bite marks. Scratches were found in several places on her body. Bruises were left on her throat. In fact, her rapist strangled her, scratched her, bit her, and punched her, according to prosecutor Narindra Navalona Rakotoniaina.
Da-Willy, 23, a bus receiver on the G line, dragged and abused the girl in an old house after sending her to buy cigarettes for him.
