Leatitia Bakoly Andriatsihoarana is currently seeking support to participate in the final of Miss Philanthropy Africa in Nigeria on March 17.
At nine days from the final of the 5th edition of Miss Philanthropy Africa in Nigeria, Leatitia Bakoly Andriatsihoarana finds herself in a race against time to obtain her plane ticket and represent Madagascar with dignity.
With only 1,800,000 ariary in hand, of which 1 million ariary were saved with difficulty and 800,000 ariary were obtained through fundraising efforts, Leatitia Bakoly Andriatsihoarana faces a significant financial challenge. “I am currently looking for 7,095,000 ariary to participate in the competition. If I do not get the plane ticket by the end of this week, Madagascar risks being disqualified,” she says with determination.
Aware of the urgency of the situation, Leatitia Bakoly Andriatsihoarana is considering all possibilities to raise the necessary funds. “I only have a few days left to collect the necessary funds. I ask for your support via mobile money at the numbers 0329766190 and 0342202411, in the name of Vaviko Domohina, my mother. I will also go door-to-door to seek help,” she says in an emotional appeal.
Leatitia Bakoly Andriatsihoarana’s departure is scheduled for March 15, with the final event taking place two days later, on March 17.
Opportunity
For her, representing Madagascar at Miss Philanthropy Africa is more than just a competition; it is an opportunity to promote the values of solidarity and commitment to humanitarian causes. “I appeal to all my compatriots to help me fulfill this dream and proudly represent Madagascar at this international event. Every contribution, no matter how modest, is of crucial importance. On the other hand, I am already mentally preparing to accept the outcome, whether I get the plane ticket or not,” she concludes hopefully.
