Benghazi – The Libyan government’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the Greek Consul. Athanasios Anastopoulos and his deputy were called in. The summons followed recent statements by Greek officials. Libya considered these remarks an infringement on its sovereignty and national interests.
