Benghazi – The Supreme Judicial Council, chaired by Counselor Muftah Al-Qawi, issued a decree on Monday to establish a social club dedicated to members of the judicial bodies. The club will be headquartered in the city of Benghazi and will function as an independent legal entity with its own financial status.
