Libya: Southern Arms Forum – Ubari concludes training course for women with special needs

Sebha – The Southern Arms Cultural and Social Forum in Awbari organized an event. It marked the conclusion of a training course. This course was for women with special needs. It covered cooking and household management. The Awbari Women’s Empowerment Office supported the initiative. The slogan was “Skills Make Hope.”
