Sirte, Libya – In a milestone event for Libya’s trade and logistics sector, the Sirte Free Zone Port officially resumed operations after nearly 14 years with the arrival of the first commercial ship. The vessel, Sea Horizon, sailing under the flag of Palau, arrived from Alexandria Port, Egypt, carrying construction materials and equipment destined for major infrastructure projects in Sirte.
