Libya: Shelter and first aid were provided to those stranded due to rains in Qasr bin Ghashir

Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Bakoush leads the Emergency and Crisis Management Department. He is part of the National Safety Authority. Al-Bakoush stated the Authority’s work covers land, sea, and air. Emergency members from the Support and Assistance Center carry out these operations.
