Tobruk – The Tobruk Medical Center issued an update. This was on the second day of the dust storm. The storm is affecting the Al-Batnan regions. The emergency department, including internal medicine and pediatrics, received 79 suffocation cases. These cases were handled. Necessary first aid was provided.
