Libya: Return of firefighting cadres from the Development Authority after training in Belarus

Benghazi – Firefighting and rescue personnel have returned to Libya. They are from the National Development Agency. They received advanced training in Belarus. This training was directly supported by the General Command of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces. It was guided by First Lieutenant General Saddam Khalifa Haftar, the Deputy Commander-in-Chief.
