Libyan Prime Minister Osama Hammad recently held a comprehensive meeting with officials from various sectors in the city of Sirte to address its needs. The meeting, which included representatives from the service, health, and security sectors, as well as notable figures and dignitaries, aimed to discuss the city’s challenges and review the progress of ongoing projects.

Additionally, the Director General of the Development and Reconstruction Fund outlined plans to begin maintenance work at Sirte Airport and Port, as well as to improve government buildings, hospitals, schools, and public infrastructure. This includes initiatives to enhance public lighting, roads, water networks, sewage systems, and sanitation services.
The Prime Minister’s decision to prioritize the development and maintenance of critical infrastructure in Sirte reflects the government’s commitment to improving the quality of life for its citizens. By investing in essential services and upgrading key facilities, the government aims to create a conducive environment for economic growth and social development in the city.
