Libya: Noor Al-Bayan Competition for Holy Quran Memorization within Ubari Municipality

Sebha – The Noor Al-Bayan Holy Quran Memorization Competition was held. It took place last Wednesday night. Al-Rahma Mosque in Al-Deisa neighborhood hosted it. This was in Obari Municipality. The competition was at the municipal level.

The municipality sponsored the event. The Al-Deisa Social Council oversaw it. The Obari Endowments and Islamic Affairs Office also supervised. This competition supports religious and cultural activities. These events happen during the holy month of Ramadan….
