Istanbul – Libya’s Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Abdel Latif Mohamed Al-Taher, met with Turkish Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Ibrahim Yumakli, in Istanbul on the sidelines of the international “Zero Waste” forum.
