Libya: Low-pressure system affects the north and winds exceeding 60 km/h in Al-Jabal al-Akhdar and the far eastern coast

Most northern areas are affected by a low-pressure system. It brings active winds, causing dust and sand. Horizontal visibility may decrease at times in some areas.
