Libya: Interior Ministry Halts Issuance of Foreigners’ Registration Cards via Local Administrations and Limits to the Security Census Committee

Benghazi – Major General Ezzedine Hussein Al-Sebani sent a letter. He is the Director of the Office of the Minister of Interior in the Libyan Government. The letter was addressed to heads of security agencies and general department directors. It also went to regional security directors.
