Libya: House Energy Committee welcomes return of Ras Lanuf refinery to state ownership

Benghazi – The House of Representatives’ Energy and Natural Resources Committee welcomed an announcement. The announcement confirmed the full return of the Ras Lanuf refinery to Libyan state ownership. This followed the completion of the foreign partner’s exit procedures.
