Benghazi – Major General Salah Mahmoud Al-Khafifi received a delegation. Al-Khafifi heads the Agency for Combating Illegal Migration. The meeting took place today, Thursday. It was held at the agency’s headquarters in Benghazi. The delegation was led by Rodrigo Atienza, the Chargé d’affaires. Atienza is also the representative of the Philippines in Libya.
