Libya: General Command and the United Nations emphasize the importance of elections and supporting stability in Libya

Libya – General Khairi Al-Tamimi, Secretary General of the General Command, met with Stephanie Koury on Wednesday. Koury serves as the Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General.
