Libya: Director of the Development Fund emphasizes accelerating completion and expanding the scope of projects

Benghazi – Engineer Balqasim Khalifa serves as Director General of the Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund. He emphasized accelerating project completion. He also stressed expanding project scope. This will boost reconstruction efforts. It will support future development plans.
