Libya: Al-Tikbali: Al-Menfi May Rely on Armed Groups in the West to Obstruct the 4+4 Agreement

Tripoli – Member of Parliament Ali Al-Tikbali said that interests, rather than real political alliances, shape the current scene in Libya.
