Libya: Al-Shaibani calls for activating government markets and selling goods to the citizen at cost price to protect him from the greed of traders

Member of Parliament Jaballah Al-Shibani called for reactivating general government markets. He also called for reactivating consumer cooperatives and public enterprises.
