Tripoli – The Chairman of the Board of the High National Elections Commission, Emad Al-Sayeh, received the Ambassador of Canada to Libya, Alison Stewart, in the presence of Commission board member Rabab Halab, at the headquarters of the Commission’s Board in Tripoli.
