More than 55 women’s groups, including Citizens United For The Protection Of Women’s Integrity, have come together to show their support for Liberia’s Culture Ambassador, Juli Endee, as she takes on social media user, Prophet Key, in court. Prophet Key is known for his verbal and psychological abuse towards women, as well as cyberbullying. His actions have affected hundreds of women, and he has made demeaning allegations and verbal abuses towards Amb. Endee. Due to this, he was taken to court in mid-January, and women from various organizations have shown their solidarity with Amb. Endee to ensure that Prophet Key is held accountable for his actions.

The women from the groups CUPWI, WOMEN on the Move, Liftors, National Rural Women, Progressive Muslim Women, COPPWIL, Look up to God Women, Mothers of Liberia, Peace Time Women, Kukatornon Women, and NACCEL Women have stood against Prophet Key’s behavior. Other women from groups including the Traditional Zoes, Liberia Women Mass Action for Peace, TREE, WIPNET, Shinning Stars, Bright Culture Stars Musical All Stars, Women United against Violence, Etta Tucker Foundation Aid, Nimba Women, Young Women In Action, and Margibi district 5 women for peace have also expressed their dissatisfaction with Prophet Key’s actions. They view an insult targeted at Madam Endee as an insult directed at them and are calling for Prophet Key to be dealt with according to the law.

In a closed-door meeting with members of the National Council of Chiefs and Elders of Liberia, traditional women from various parts of Liberia expressed their anger and dissatisfaction with Prophet Key’s consistent disrespect and humiliation of Ambassador Juli Endee. They emphasized that an insult targeted at Amb. Endee is an insult to all of them as well. They believe that Prophet Key’s actions have disregarded the traditions of their community, and they are not satisfied with the way their Queen, Juli Endee, has been treated.

Despite the fact that women are Prophet Key’s direct victims, there are still others who celebrate his abusive behavior towards women. It has been observed that some women celebrate his arrival and actions. Prophet Key has appeared in court regarding the charges of criminal coercion, menacing, and disorderly conduct after being complained to the court by Liberia’s cultural ambassador Juli Endee. She has expressed that the defendant’s actions are criminal, illegal, and unconstitutional. Endee has clarified that she doesn’t occupy an appointed position, but holds a title bestowed upon her by fallen Liberian politician David D. Kpormakpor.

The women’s groups are calling for justice and for Prophet Key to account for his actions. They believe that addressing the issue according to the law could serve as a deterrent to others and put an end to his uncivil behavior. Amb. Endee has expressed her determination to continue serving the people of Liberia, emphasizing that she will uphold the honor bestowed upon her and will continue to promote the image of Liberia through culture. With the support of these women’s groups, she is determined to seek justice and put an end to the abusive behavior displayed by Prophet Key.
