Liberia: President Boakai Honours Diasporan Liberians

President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr. has extended his gratitude to Liberians in the diaspora by honoring them through the Eminent Chairman of the All-Liberian Conference on Dual Citizenship (ALCOD), Mr. Emmanuel S. Wettee.
