GBARNGA, Bong County, May 18, 2026 — Liberia’s Finance and Development Planning Minister, Augustine Kpehe Ngafuan, on Friday officially launched the National Cadet Program in Gbarnga, Bong County.
The nationwide youth employment initiative targets more than 1,000 university graduates and graduating seniors, offering six months of structured workplace training at both government and private-sector institutions.
