Mr. Dale Gbotoe made this announcement during an appearance on the Truth Breakfast Show on Truth FM in Monrovia.
According to Gbotoe, the Boakai administration has assured him that the government is dedicated to sustaining the payment of WASSCE fees for all 12th graders in 2024, with the possibility of extending the process. The deadline for registration is set for March 16, 2024, and no school will be allowed to submit candidate names after this deadline. WAEC has allocated 650 free slots for schools registering for the exam, and some larger institutions have been slow to submit their candidate names for the 2024 WASSCE Exam.
