President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, joined by outgoing U.S. Ambassador to Liberia Mark C. Toner, Minister of Education Dr. Jarso Maley Jallah, and Peace Corps Liberia Country Director Vernice Guthrie, has officially welcomed seven new Peace Corps Volunteers to Liberia.
