MONTREAL, CANADA — The Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Liberia and the General Authority of Civil Aviation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to enhance collaboration in the field of civil aviation. The agreement was signed in Montreal, Canada, on the sidelines of the 42nd Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
