Citizens of Bongmines Distric#7 Lower Bong County have expressed disappointment and frustration after learning that former Vice President Jewel H. Taylor never fulfilled her promise of building a Vocational Center in their community.
According to the former commissioner, Mr. Aaron S. Mublah, in 2018, Madam Taylor promised to build a vocational Center in Bongmines to provide skills and training opportunities for youths in the community.
