Grand Bassa County, Liberia, October 14, 2024—Ruth Coker-Collins, the former minister of public works, has won the Blooms Bank Africa Star prize for participating in its ongoing customer raffle promotion.

To qualify for the raffles, one needs to register with the bank and deposit a minimum of 20K Liberian dollars. This will automatically generate one ticket bearing the customer’s name and the raffle number.
