Speaker of the National Assembly, Moses Wetang’ula, has instructed all Members of Parliament to submit their security details to Parliament for a fresh vetting following the murder of Kasipul Member of Parliament Charles Ong’ondo Were.

Speaking during the MP’s requiem mass at the Consolata Shrine in Westlands, Nairobi, Wetang’ula emphasised the need for fresh vetting to ensure that the bodyguards are well known and prevent such an incident from reoccurring.
