Kenya: Voter Stream Numbers Unavailable Due to Ongoing Registration, IEBC Says

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has moved to explain why voters verifying their status cannot see their voting streams.

According to IEBC, the error message Kenyans were receiving was because of the ongoing voter registration exercise nationwide. 

The commission explained that once the voter registration exercise is complete, it will divide registration and polling centres into smaller polling stations, or streams, each with a maximum of 700 voters.
