The United States President Donald Trump has announced a new 10 per cent tariff on goods from all countries, just hours after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against his earlier global tariff policy.
The Supreme Court yesterday said Trump went beyond his powers when he used a 1977 law, known as the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), to impose tariffs on almost every country.
