Kenya: Treasury Pushes for Changes in Civil Servants’ Car Loan Scheme Amid Low Uptake

Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi is now calling for a further review of the vehicle loan scheme for public officers, noting that slip restrictions have made it difficult for many civil servants to access it.
