Kenya: Three Suspects Arrested Over Theft of Lorry Ferrying Ksh1.7M Maize

Kajiado Central detectives have arrested three suspects for allegedly stealing a lorry carrying maize worth Ksh 1.7 million after the driver was supposedly drugged.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigation(DCI) on March 24 stated that the lorry driver had parked at Maduka ya Juu in Kajiado where he was with a woman he knew, who had joined him at the Namanga border.

“As detailed in a police report filed on March 19, the theft occurred when the lorry driver packed at Maduka ya Juu in Kajiado….
