Kenya: Ruto-Raila Deal Expires in March, Winnie Odinga Reveals Amid UDA-ODM Talks

President William Ruto’s deal with the late Raila Odinga expires in 38 days, East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) MP Winnie Odinga has revealed.
