President William Ruto has announced that construction of the Makutano-Embu-Meru-Maua highway will begin either at the end of this year or the beginning of next year.
“By the grace of God, either the end of this year or the beginning of next year will begin the construction of the dual carriageway of the Makutano-Maua highway,” stated President Ruto.
He made these pronouncements during the Kenya Methodist Church leaders’ convergence at the State House on Friday, February 20.
