Kenya: Residents Buy New Car & Land for Police Station

Residents of Kabete on Sunday handed over a brand new car to Mwimuto Police Station for officers to use as a patrol car to maintain security in the area.

The vehicle, a Toyota Probox, was bought as a result of the joint effort of community members who wanted to improve security in their village.

Speaking during the handover ceremony, Kabete Police Commander Antony Mbogo stated that the car will come in handy in providing a quick response to insecurity cases in the area.
