Kenya: ‘Raila Wanted a Kenya Led by Unity, Not Tribe or Bitterness’ – Uhuru Says in Plea to Kenyans

Former President Uhuru Kenyatta on Wednesday, April 1, called for national unity during the burial service of the late Daniel Karaba in Kirinyaga County, urging leaders to rise above divisive politics.

In his address at the service, Kenyatta invoked his past political partnership with Raila Odinga, saying their shared vision had always been to unite the country beyond ethnic and political divisions.
