Kenya: Public Service CS Geoffrey Ruku Grilled by NCIC Over Alleged Hate Speech

The Cabinet Secretary for Public Service Geoffrey Ruku has appeared before the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) to answer questions over remarks linked to rising political tension in the Mt Kenya region.
