Lawyer-turned-activist Morara Kebaso was on Tuesday arraigned at the Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi hours after being arrested by detectives at his office in Kahawa Sukari.
During the court proceedings, the prosecution preferred several charges against the activist including cyber harassment contrary to Section 27 of the Computer Misuse and Cybercrime Act.
