The National Transport and Safety Authority has released road safety guidelines for the Easter holiday weekend after 20 people were killed on Good Friday and Saturday morning. 

According to police reports, on Friday night alone, 20 people died in separate accidents, including the 11 from Kariandusi who passed away when a speeding matatu rammed into a stalled trailer near Gilgil along the Nairobi-Nakuru highway.
