The National Construction Authority (NCA) has issued a detailed statement shedding new light on the building collapse that occurred early Wednesday morning along Kirinyaga Road, Nairobi.

In a statement on Wednesday, February 11, NCA revealed the collapsed during foundation works, after a retaining wall functioning as shoring in an earlier excavation collapsed.
