Kenya: Nakuru Businesswoman Attacked, Stabbed in Another Case of Gender-based Violence

Kirinyaga Governor Ann Waiguru has joined a Nakuru family in seeking justice after a case of domestic violence left their kin nursing serious injuries.

The governor condemned the attack against the woman advising that violence is never the answer to dispute.

“Whatever the disagreement, we should never resort to violence. Gender-based violence has no place in our society,” the Governor said.
