Kenya: Nairobi Remains Epicentre of Extrajudicial Killings Despite Decline, Missing Voices Report Reveals

Nairobi City County has emerged as Kenya’s epicentre of extrajudicial executions for a fourth consecutive year, according to the Missing Voices 2025 Annual Report titled Unbowed for Justice”.

According to the report, Nairobi continued to record higher numbers than any other county despite a gradual decline in total cases for the fourth consecutive years since 2022.
