Kenya: Nairobi County to Revoke License of Service Providers Dumping Waste Illegally

All Nairobi County service providers found collecting, transporting and dumping waste in unauthorized areas will have their licenses revoked immediately, the county government has announced.

In an official statement dated Thursday,  March 27, the county’s Chief Officer Environment, Geoffrey Mosiria, revealed that service providers who are dumping waste in unprecedented areas are endangering the county dwellers and going against the constitution.
