Kenya: Murkomen Orders Police Probe After Alleged Attack on DP Gachagua in Othaya Church

Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen has ordered a probe into the incident in Othaya in his first remarks since former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua alleged another assassination plot against him. 

Taking to his social media moments after Gachagua’s attack, Murkomen ordered the police to expedite investigations into the matter, noting that attacks on individuals, especially at places of worship, were unacceptable.
