Kenya: MMU Students Protesting Colleagues Death Block Highway

Transport has been paralyzed along Magadi Road towards Rongai after students from the Multimedia University protested closing the road after one of their colleagues was killed in unclear circumstances.

The students barricaded the roads and engaged police officers in running battles following the protests that began on Monday morning.
